Temperament
Mental Description
As many as possible of my beeding stock goes trough a mental evaluation
called MH. This is a test required for the working breeds in Sweden. It is
not mandatory for Kerry Blue but is a very good tool for the owners of the
dogs to let to know the dog better and also for the breeders to know in what
direction he/she should work regarding temperament.
It is not a test that you may pass och not pass. Instead, it gives you a description of the dogs mental health. A profile that can be compared with the mean values for the breed.
I have not been able to find a description of the test in english at any
of the official sites. But this private site gives good information about
